Hi! I’m Quinci, the face behind the camera.

I’m a Southern California–based lifestyle and portrait photographer with over 7 years of experience behind the camera (3 professionally). My work is rooted in authenticity, connection, and capturing moments like a story being told in that very moment.

I specialize in photographing couples, graduates, families, and creatives, with a goal of providing images that feel warm, inviting, and timeless. If you’re looking for a photographer who prioritizes how a moment feels just as much as how it looks, you’re in the right place.

How It All Began

Quinci Photography started from a simple love for personal growth. I was a junior in high school when I was accepting onto the Hauberk yearbook staff as a photographer. I was shy, inexperienced and overall just not feeling satisfied with my portfolio by the time I graduated. I took on assignments ranging from sports, lifestyle, event and portrait styles, and while very grateful, my takeaways from the experience left me wanting more. There was this need to explore my full potential.

So exactly that, everything translated into my college years. As a Chapman Alumni, my school, while it did have a photography program, I wasn't drawn to the grade aspect and felt the "self-taught" way was the better choice. Instead, I majored in Communication Studies and minored in Visual Journalism, where the two helped me understand how stories unfold, through emotion, body language, and shared moments.

So with that, Quinci Photography was born!

What began as photographing friends and small creative projects quickly turned into something more meaningful: creating images that help people see themselves the way others already do. Not your perceived self, but your true AUTHENTIC self.
