Does submitting a booking request mean my session is confirmed?
Not just yet!
Submitting a booking request allows you to request a date and share your session details. Once I review your request, I’ll follow up within 1–2 business days with availability, a custom quote, and next steps.
Your session date is officially reserved once the quote is accepted. This helps keep scheduling clear and fair for all clients.
Since I offer flexible payment options and don’t require a retainer upfront, accepting the quote allows me to confidently hold your spot while still giving you flexibility with payment.
What counts as an "Outfit Change"?
An outfit change refers to a full change of clothing, such as switching dresses or changing into a completely different look.
Small adjustments like swapping stoles for a grad session, adding or removing a jacket, or changing accessories over the same base outfit do not count as an additional outfit.
If you’re planning multiple full looks and aren’t sure what qualifies, feel free to ask. I’m always happy to help guide what works best within your session time.
What should I include in the notes section when booking?
The notes section is optional (but recommended to fill out) and can be used to share any initial thoughts, questions, or special requests when submitting your booking request.
This helps me prepare the most accurate quote and plan a session that best fits your vision.
Do you offer a session guide or prep materials?
Yes!
You can find my Client Guide in the “Info” section of my website. It’s a digital guide that walks you through everything from outfit planning and location details to what to expect on the day of your session.
It’s designed to help you feel, in any capacity, more prepared, confident, and completely at ease before we shoot.
When will we receive our photos?
Turnaround time varies by session type, but you can typically expect your edited gallery within 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
Do you retouch photos?
All delivered images receive professional editing, including color correction and light retouching. My editing style focuses on natural, timeless results while keeping skin texture and details true to life.
Requests are always welcome though!
Are the prices on your website final?
The prices listed on my website reflect starting rates. Every session is customized based on factors like group size, session length, location, and coverage needs. After you submit a booking request, I’ll review the details and send over a personalized quote or invoice before anything is finalized.
What counts as an "Additional Location"?
An additional location refers to traveling to a separate spot that requires extra time to move between areas.
Different backdrops within the same general area (for example, various buildings or greenery within the same campus or park) do not count as separate locations.
If we need to drive or significantly relocate during your session, that would fall under the additional location add-on.
Can I ask questions before committing to a session?
Absolutely!
Submitting a booking request doesn’t lock you into anything. I’m always happy to answer questions and walk you through options before you decide what works best for you.
Do you help choose locations?
Yes!
I’m happy to suggest locations based on your vision, session type, and lighting conditions. If you already have a spot in mind, we can plan around that as well.
Can I make adjustments to a quote after accepting?
Of course you can!
Later down the road, if you were to change your mind and would like to incorporate any of my add-ons, please reach out using the email containing your original quote.
I will resend a newly updated quote within 1-2 business days for your re-approval.
